1. Introduction:
YQB series liquefied petroleum gas pumps are mainly used to transport liquefied petroleum gas, propylene and liquid ammonia. They are also suitable for drainage or transportation of volatile liquids and petroleum products of similar properties. It is a volumetric vane pump with advanced structure. The stator curved surface is composed of composite curves. The two ends are mechanically sealed. The fixed-fit end faces are all made of “O"-type sealing rings. The rotating moving parts are made of metal corresponding non-metal. Safe and reliable, multi-purpose function.
2. Working principle:
YQB is a positive displacement vane pump, the work is driven by the blade centrifugal sliding, the flow rate is related to the rotational speed of the shaft, the inner curved surface of the stator is made by the domestic unique composite curve, and the stator and the rotor, the baffle and the blade form ten sealed cavities, due to the stator curved surface It is a composite curve.
When the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber gradually increases, and a negative pressure is generated to generate suction, thereby sucking the oil.
When the rotor rotates at a certain angle, the volume section is gradually reduced, so that the oil is hydraulically discharged, and an oil block is opened between the oil suction chamber and the pressure oil chamber to open the oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber.
The blade is close to the inner curved surface of the stator by the centrifugal force and the two-plate structure, so that the pump can work normally under the rated state.
