小鼠白細胞活化黏附因子ELISA試劑盒注意事項：

1.使用前請保存在2-8℃。復溶后的標準品若未用完，請廢棄。

2. 微量試劑運輸中顛簸和可能的倒置，會使液體沾到管壁或瓶蓋。因此使用前請1000轉/分離心1分鐘，以使附著管壁或瓶蓋的液體沉積到管底。

3. 從冰箱中取出的濃縮洗滌液可能有結晶,屬于正常現象，微加熱至40℃使結晶*溶解后再配制洗滌液。

（加熱溫度不要超過50℃）使用時洗滌液應為室溫。

4. 不同批號的試劑盒組份避免混用（洗滌液和反應終止液除外）。

5. 充分輕微混勻對反應結果尤為重要，使用微量振蕩器，如無微量振蕩器，可在反應孵育前手工輕輕混勻。

6. 在試驗中標準品和樣本檢測時建議作雙孔檢測。

7. 試驗中所用的試管和吸頭均為一次性使用，嚴禁在不同的液體之間混用！否則將影響試驗結果。

8. 試驗中請穿著試驗服并帶乳膠手套做好防護工作。特別是檢測血液或者其他體液標本時，請按國家生物試驗室安全防護條列執行。
