• 用途

雙金屬溫度計是一種適合測量中、低溫的現場檢測工業儀表。可用來直接測量氣體、液體和蒸汽的溫度。帶電接點雙金屬溫度計，并能在工作溫度超過給定值時，自動發出控制信號切斷電源或報警。

     雙金屬溫度計具有無汞害、易讀數、堅固和耐振等優點，可代替工業玻璃水銀溫度計廣泛適用于工業和科研部門。

     雙金屬溫度計分為普通型、戶外型、防腐型三種。普通型外殼用鐵皮電鍍，保護管用不銹鋼，適用于室內一般場合使用。戶外型外殼用鋁金制造，保護管，連接柱均采用不銹鋼，密封性較好，適用于室內外，一般耐腐蝕場所。防腐型外殼采用全不銹鋼，保護管、連接柱可用鉬二鈦材料，連接部分均采用密封膠，可適用于多數腐蝕介質、氣體的測量。

• 結構原理

雙金屬溫度計感溫元件采用多圈直螺旋形雙金屬片。一端固定，另一端（自由端）連接在芯軸上，軸向型溫度計指針直接裝在芯軸上。徑向型結構指示針通過轉角彈簧與芯軸連接。當溫度變化時，感溫元件自由端旋轉，經芯軸傳動指針在刻度盤上指示被測介質溫度的變化值。

電接點溫度計，指針上裝有動接點，固定接點裝在設業指針上指針觸頭隨溫度變化旋轉，當溫度達到或超過設定值時，接點閉合發出信號，以達自動控制和報警的目的。

• 主要技術參數

1. 溫度計為軸向型、徑向型、135°三種型式。
2. 溫度計的精度等級為1級、1.5級。
3. 溫度計的測量范圍見表一。
4. 溫度計的時間常數不超過40S。
5. 保護管的材料為1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼和鉬二鈦，其所能承受的分稱壓力為6.4MaP。
6. 溫度計分普通型、戶外型、防腐型三種型式。
7. 溫度計的接點為上、下限，單限，雙上限（全部常開）。
8. 接點額定功率：10VA（無感負載）。

• 使用和維護

1. 雙金屬溫度計保護管浸入被測介質中的長度必須大于感溫元件的長度，一般浸入長度大于100mm，0-50℃量程的浸入長度大于150mm，以保證測量的準確性。
2. 雙金屬溫度計在保管、使用安裝及運輸中，應避免碰撞保護管，切勿使保護管彎曲變形及將表殼當扳手使用。
3. 各類雙金屬溫度計不宜用于測量敞開容器內介質溫度，帶接點溫度計，不宜在工作振動較大場合的控制回路中使用。
4. 溫度計在正常的情況下，應予定期檢驗。一般以每隔6個月檢驗一次為宜。
5. 電接點溫度計不允許在強烈震動下工作，以免影響接點可靠性。
6. WSS萬向型溫度計的波紋管只有0.1mm厚，所以轉向時必須旋松M4螺母、螺絲。并小心轉向，切勿用力。安裝時必須用兩把扳手，以免損壞。
7. 本產品實行三包。
