一、海綿落球回彈儀使用說明書

1.將海綿落球回彈儀放置在水平桌面或地面上，如果放置平面不水平可用水平尺先將放置平面調成水平，然后查看一下落球回彈上面板是否水平，如果不水平，通過轉動底座螺絲，調成水平（出廠時已調，如果運輸過程中，有改變需要再調一下）。

2.根據要做試驗的高度，調整試驗下落高度，按上或取下高度調節(jié)塊。

3.將海綿落球回彈儀主機上的傳感器數據線接到控制箱上的“數據線”接口，將5V電源接到控制箱上的“電源”接口，然后打開“電源開關”，給設備供電。

4.將試樣切成100mm*100mm*50mm，放到試樣平臺上，調節(jié)平臺高度，使試樣與上面板夾緊。

5.這時儀器上會顯示“歡迎使用落球回彈測試系統(tǒng)”，點擊“測試”會進入選擇試驗高度界面,繼續(xù)按“測試”鍵，會在500mm與460mm之間切換，當箭頭指向相應高度時，點擊“確定”，進入試驗界面。
