恒溫恒濕試驗箱操作技巧
現在的設備可真是越來越智能化，客戶做試驗時只放置樣品，打開開關就OK了，一切由試驗設備自動完成，比如航空、汽車、家電、科研等領域*的檢測設備【恒溫恒濕試驗箱】及時如此。
在做實驗前必須注意的是要確認下樣品是否是易燃易爆，有腐蝕性，對恒溫恒濕試驗箱設備和操作人員會不會造成安全隱患。
首先我們了解一下恒溫恒濕箱的操作步驟：
1.先打開開關總閘，調到ON狀態。
2.如果是做濕度實驗，要查看水箱，水位是否足夠，否則加水；如果只做高溫實驗，記得將濕球紗布取出。
3.打開儀器面板電源開關（綠色POWER）。
4.手按觸摸屏，調節程式或設置溫濕度參數，按ENT結束輸入。
5. 放置樣品。此時一定注意箱體容積，不可過密放過多樣品，樣品盒箱體之間必須像個10毫米左右；之前有客戶反應在做高溫實驗時，由于在箱體放的樣品過多，以致阻擋了氣流，后儀器冒煙，散發難聞的焦味，差點引起火災。
6.實驗過程中，除非必要，不允許打開箱門，以免造成不測，可以按面板LPS按鈕，點亮照明燈，觀看箱體內樣品。
7.當測試設備需要做高溫操作實驗，可以通過箱體側孔外接電源供電。
8.當測試完成后，關閉儀器電源和開關總閘，高溫實驗時，需等溫度冷卻到安全范圍內，才能開箱門取出樣品。
