臺式恒溫恒濕試驗機作為一款主要以溫濕度測試為基準的環境試驗箱,濕度的準確度是非常重要的,現在的恒溫恒溫試驗箱的濕度主要是控制在20%~98%RH的范圍內,這主要是根據測試產品的需求來定制濕度的范圍,所以說如果做到讓濕度更加準確就先得非常重要,現在普遍采用的都是濕度傳感器來測量濕度,這樣測量相對濕度的誤差通常為±(3~5)% RH,誤差的范圍要根據測試時設定的濕度來確定。
濕度的精度除了測試方法外,還和加濕方式有關,不同的加濕方法濕度的控制也不相同,現在只要的加濕方法有:
1) 水盤式加濕。分為自然蒸發和電加熱蒸發,此種加濕方法加濕的速率慢。控制精度較低,多適合于臺式恒溫恒濕試驗機。
2) 噴蒸汽加濕。加濕的速率快,但加濕的波動度大,容易實現快速控制,控制精度較好,但由于噴入100℃蒸汽,對箱內的溫度狀態會產生少量的干擾。
3) 噴霧化的水。霧化水的微粒直徑大體在10~50μ此種方法具有噴蒸汽加濕的優點,又不需要外置蒸汽鍋爐,并且可以調整噴水微粒的溫度和箱體內試驗溫度相同,是一種比較好的加濕方式。
