衛生型單晶硅壓力變送器滿足以下一系列衛生要求：在材料無毒無害性要求方面，包括：根據不同條件要求選用不同等級不銹鋼材料（304L、316L、410、409、329）；所選用的各類聚合材料、各類橡膠彈性體材料、粘合劑、潤滑劑、測量傳導液材料、熱隔離材料、外鍍材料等不得含有毒有害成分、不得有有毒有害成分滲出或滲入等；結構方面要求表面光潔、*，不易積垢殘留、不易污染，容易沖洗（常采用快開卡箍接口）和容易滅菌消毒等；防染菌防污染方面要求有嚴格的密封隔離，防有毒、有害和污染物進入和泄出、耐高溫消毒滅菌；加工方面要求有一定的光潔度和焊接性；維護方面要求有合適的清潔劑、內外表面容易清潔、便于在位清潔（CIP）和在位滅菌（SIP）等。
衛生型單晶硅壓力變送器用于食品藥品生產設備中與食品藥物原輔料、半成品成品直接接觸實現壓力或液位測量，其采用優質不銹鋼材質和整體焊接結構，并滿足嚴格的密封隔離性能和具有承受嚴格和充分高溫滅菌消毒或化學滅菌消毒的性能和條件，安裝和使用時不易產生滅菌消毒的死角等，滿足無菌和避免染菌的要求從而確保食品藥品生產安全。
