優勢：
特別耐磨損，泵腔寬大，進出口無堵塞，介質在泵內的輸送距離短； 高硬度襯板設計，激光硬化或鍍碳化硅 寬大的轉子設計，轉子特殊耐磨材料，NBR橡膠，和飛機輪胎是同一材質，延長轉子壽命 軟—硬配合的過流腔體設計保證了泵的耐磨性。 針對介質的碾磨性凸輪泵提供四面全襯板保護。此設計下的泵壁不與介質直接接觸，任何狀態的磨損均可由更換襯板而實現再修復。 凸輪泵的軸密封為無需維護的單機械密封；兩個機械密封均浸泡在潤滑油中（不可用油脂潤滑）。對于磨蝕性強的介質，密封面SIC/SIC材質可選。 同時，凸輪泵設計有一個中間隔離腔， 中間隔離腔充滿潤滑油，既可以起到潤滑作用（潤滑機械密封以及轉子與軸的連接裝置）；又能監測機械密封的狀態是否良好（機械 油會在壓力下由螺旋孔溢出）。 提供機械密封沖洗系統：
