產品描述；
高壓鍋爐給水泵的任務是把除氧器儲水箱內具有一定溫度、除過氧的給水，提高壓力后輸送給鍋爐，以滿足鍋爐用水的需要。汽蝕是給水泵的安全隱患，如果除氧水進入了給水泵，其溫度將會超過常壓下水的汽化溫度。當給水泵入口壓力過低時，給水就會發生汽化現象，并隨之產生大量的氣泡，而當這些氣泡進入高壓區后，由于受到壓縮而迅速變形和潰滅，此現象的發生就會阻塞流道，導致局部沖擊壓力波動。巨大的動態沖擊壓力將使金屬材料因疲勞侵蝕出現海綿或蜂窩狀的破壞，造成泵體的汽蝕，同時致使給水產生壓力波動。
結構說明：
高壓鍋爐泵轉子由泵軸兩端的滾動軸承來支承。稀油潤滑，且用循環水冷卻，轉子的軸向推力采用平衡盤自動平衡。均衡回水經過均衡回水管返回到泵吸水段。高壓型泵轉子由泵軸兩端的滑動軸承來支承。稀油潤滑，且用循環水冷卻，轉子的軸向推力采用平衡盤平衡。在平衡室和前段之間裝有回水管。高壓鍋爐泵轉子由泵兩端的滑動軸承來支承。軸承用強制潤滑，泵本身配帶油系統，轉子的軸向推力用平衡盤來平衡。且帶有止推軸承，用于承受由于工況變化而產生的殘余軸向力，在平衡室體和吸水管之間裝有回水管。
