液下渣漿泵立式單級單吸懸臂式離心泵結構，葉輪為半開式葉輪，在葉輪吸入邊延伸處設有攪拌葉片。液下渣漿泵主要特點是在液下部位的泵軸，有足夠的剛度，葉輪，泵殼之間不設軸承，不采用軸封，可以輸送含有較大濃度固體顆粒的介質；免維護、耐高溫。泵插入液下長度在 800-1900mm之間，如果需要可以配帶吸入管。傳動由立式電動機安裝在電機座上，用聯軸器與泵相連。從電動機方向看，泵為順時針方向旋轉。
德國BACH進口液下渣漿泵運轉：

1 ．注意泵軸承溫度，不應超過外界溫度 35℃，但zui高不應大于75℃。
2．油杯內應注滿鈣基黃油，保證軸承能正 常潤滑。
3．泵在工作*個月內，或運轉100小時 后，應更換電機支承油杯內的黃油。
以后每 工作2000小時后更換一次。
4．定期檢查彈性聯軸器，注意電機軸承溫 升。
5．運轉過程中，如發現噪聲或不尋常的聲 音時，應立即停止檢查。
6．泵每工作2000小時應進行周期檢查，葉 輪，泵體（或泵蓋）之間間隙的摩
損不能過 大，間隙的zui大值不得超過1.5毫米，如超過 可更換葉輪或前蓋。
