　　注: Notes:

　　1.未做特別說明時，電纜額定電壓 (Uo/U) 均為 0.6/1KV 銅導體單芯低壓電力電纜。

　　2.主干電纜均采用黑色護套電力電纜。

　　3.分支電纜無特別說明時，均采用與主干電纜同型號的電力電纜。

　　4.分支電纜若要求采用色標(黃、紅、綠、淺藍、黃綠)的 BV-500 型電線，應在訂貨時詳細說明。

　　FDZ系列預制分支電纜的主要性能 Main properties of FDZ Series Prefabricated Branch Cable

　　1、絕緣電阻 ≥200M Ω Km;

　　2、絕緣耐壓 3.5KV/5min 不擊穿;

　　3、良好氣密性與防水性，即將分支接頭浸入水中，在水與電纜芯之間測量絕緣電阻和工頻耐壓均應符合1和2的要求。

　　4、分支接頭的接觸電阻的小，接觸電阻與等長的分支線的基準電阻之比值 ≤1.2;

　　5、接頭短路強度大，短路后接觸電阻比率的變化率 ≤0.2;

　　6, ZR-YJV型阻燃預制分支電纜，護套的自熄時間 ≤12s，符合 GB12666.5 的要求。

　　7, NH 耐火型電纜除了能在正常的工作條件下供電外，也能在燃燒情況下，保持 90min 的正常運行，符合 GB12666.6 的要求。

　　8,VV型電纜的銅芯的工作溫度為70°C，YJV型電纜的銅芯的工作溫度為90°C ;

　　9、具有優良的耐腐蝕性，能抵抗無機鹽、油、堿、酸和有機溶劑對它的腐蝕;

　　10, YJV型預制分支電纜具有優良的熱穩定性和抗老化性;

　　FDZ系列預制分支電纜的主要優點 Main features of FDZ series prefabricated Branch Cable

　　具有優良的供電安全可靠性

　　1、主干電纜導體無接頭，連續性好，減少了故障點。

　　2、分去接頭采用工廠全程機械化操作，大大降低了人為因素造成的質量不良現象。

　　3、分支接頭結構合理并采用的LYZ工藝制作，接觸電阻極小，不受熱脹冷縮影響。

　　4,短時間內完成壓膜護套，避免了接頭接觸處銅芯長時間裸露在空氣中產生氧化而導致接觸電阻變化。

　　安裝簡便環境要求低，施工方便

　　1、占用建筑面積小，有利于建筑面積的有效使用，對土建的空間尺寸五要求。

　　2、使用環境要求低，安裝精度要求低。

　　3、安裝簡單方便，安裝技術要求不高，安裝設備僅需一臺普通卷場機即可。且安裝周期短，僅為母線槽安裝工時的1/10或1 /20。安裝勞動強度小。

　　4、由于它的彎曲半徑小，大大的降低了安裝難度和縮小了空間尺寸。

　　優良的抗震性、氣密性、防水性和耐火性

　　1、優良的抗震性，一般機械連接母線槽接頭，在墻體受震動后會發生接頭松動，而本公司開發的預制分支電纜不會受到影響。特別在通過建筑沉降縫時不需要任何措施。

　　2、良好的氣密性和防水性，能在潮濕的環境中正常供電，也能在露夭及埋地敷設使用，但母線槽不能做到。

　　3、采用“NH”型的預制分支電纜，可在燃燒情況下，保持90min的正常供電運行。

　　免維護

　　1、預制分支電纜按規定方法安裝后，一次性開通率高。

　　2、正常運行的預制分支電纜系統平時不需要作任何維護保養，故障率為零
