Keithley SourceMeter ® (SourceMeter) series is designed for the requirements closely with source and measurement capabilities, precision voltage source and at the same time, electric current and voltage measurement test application and design. All the source table by a high precision, low noise, stable back to read function of dc power and a low noise, high repeatability, high input impedance of 5 1/2 of a multi-function table, formed a compact single channel dc parameter test instrument. With a high voltage source range, the 2410 is ideal for resistance and voltage coefficient testing, rheostat, high voltage diode, switch, zener tube, rf diode and rectifier. The 2410 can measure 20mA current while providing 1100V voltage and has the special resolution required to accurately test these devices.
